All 7th and 8th-grade students must attend Summer Check-in August 1st or 2nd. Summer Check-in is from 1PM- 5PM each day. Summer Check-in will be in a “drive-thru” format. All vehicles should enter the bus loop and follow all traffic signage and directions from school personnel. Assigned times are based on the student's LAST NAME. See below:
- Pick up textbooks
- Take their photo ID/ yearbook picture
- Receive student ID card
- Ensure state's requirement for immunization compliance
- Complete the District's Online Registration (OLR)
- Complete the school's registration forms online via Informed K12
During Summer Check-in, students will exit their vehicles and proceed to the gym to take their pictures and then go to the library to pick up their books. Parents will remain in the vehicle and proceed to three stations in the drive-thru circuit where school personnel will check completion of immunizations, online registration, and school forms.
For any of our students with special needs who may need an adult escort, parents will be able to park in our main parking lot and escort your child to the gym. School staff will help guide you through the process with your child.
HELP SPEED UP THE LINE @ Summer Check-in by bringing the barcode flyer that was mailed to you (keep an eye out for this flyer via U.S. postal mail). You can bring the physical flyer or take a picture of the barcode on your phone's camera and present that picture at Summer Check-in. Parents who present this barcode will have their child entered into a raffle to win a yearbook, spirit wear t-shirt, or P.E. uniform.
