7th grade Life Science
Course Description
7th Grade Life Science is the study of Living Things. Science labs involve hands-on NGSS lessons that will tie together science content, engineering practices, and cross-cutting science concepts in order to help students discover how real scientists do science.
The following content areas are covered in 7th grade this year: ecology, photosynthesis and respiration, cells, human body systems including the reproductive system, HIV/AIDS, and the Healthy Lifestyles and Relationships curriculum, genetics, and evolution.
