Retakes (Assessments)

RETAKE POLICY

Students are NOT eligible for a retake until all missing work related to the assessment has been submitted.

Steps to Retake an Assessment
 Complete the retake form (all 4 parts)

 Complete all assignments relating to the assessment.

 Attach your original work from the assessment

 The retake form must be submitted within 48 hours after the teacher returns the assessment.

 Retake the assessment on the designated retake day within one week of the posted grade.
